As a founder of this initiative, Nataraja Upadhya prefers to stay as an adviser, currently he is also serving as one of the leaders until the leadership team is stabilized through this startup journey.

He is a retired software engineer and is currently active as a housewife. He has experimented with building evergreen jungle on and around his home. He is one of the founders of Basavanagudi Organic Gardeners group. His current passions include easy innovations, terrace gardening, garden photography (see Ashrama Garden channel on YouTube), cooking (see PaakaAashrama Recipes channel on YouTube), videography (see Nupadhya channel on YouTube), personal development wisdom (See MonFinZen channel on YouTube) and Yakshagana (See YakshaMantapa channel on Youtube).

He has experimented enough to build synergy across social networks by creating and running numerous groups /pages on Facebook and WhatsApp.  He prefers to position as an advisor or cheer leader or innovation leader towards exploiting easy opportunities, building positivism, synergy, influencing social startups. He attempts to think and act like a free spirit and writes on multiple blogs.
